Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are entirely respected:


• the return form must be correctly completed and sent to Inoovatex within 14 working days from the delivery date. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by registered letter to the seller's address (Inoovatex s.r.l.s) SP Andria/Trani 2,200 km | 76123 - Andria (BT); or by telegram, to be confirmed, at your discretion, by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours;

• the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

• the identification card must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;

• the products must be returned in their original packaging;

• The rendered products must be sent to the seller in one shipment. The seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept leaders of the same order, rendered and shipped at different times;

• The products rendered must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days starting from the date on which you received the products.

• The service costs, as regards returns from abroad, are borne by the customer.

If you have respected all the required conditions, the seller will refund you the price of the products purchased, remaining at your expense only the costs for the management of the products purchased and returned to the warehouse equal to a flat -rate sum of € 5.50. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to get back the products purchased at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, the seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.


Reimbursement times and methods
After the seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been respected, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation of acceptance of the return. Whatever the payment method you used (credit/debt card or cash payment on delivery), the refund is activated by the seller as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it came to knowledge of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once the withdrawal has occurred in compliance with the above conditions.
The effective time for the re -credited or the return of the sums paid for for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
• Purchase by credit/debt card: the reimbursement time depends on the credit/debt card management company, but normally takes place within two account extracts. We remind you that the date currency of the re -credited is the same as the adjustment, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
• Purchase via PayPal (if available): the refund will be made on your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual reimbursement on the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institute that issued the card.

Product identification card
All the products put on sale by the seller are equipped with an identification tag set with disposable seal, which is an integral part of the asset. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and the relative seal because the rendered products that have no longer will be accepted.
